  • The Boston Bruins not only overcame an early deficit, but rained a four-goal barrage on the New Jersey Devils in the second period en route to a 4-3 road win on Friday. David Pastrnak scored two straight goals in a span of under six minutes as part of the Bruins’ four-goal explosion.

It was a goaltending win for the B’s, who were out-shot 40-23 in the game. Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark stopped 37 shots for a .925 save percentage, improving his personal record to 19-1-1 on the season. Nine of his saves in the second and third period came on high-danger scoring chances.

Watch above for highlights from the win. The Bruins will now get three days off to spend the holiday weekend with their loved ones. They get back to practice on Tuesday in Ottawa, before they take on the Senators that night.
