Report: Jimmy Garoppolo Signs 5-Year, $137.5 Million Dollar Deal With The 49ers

Jimmy Garoppolo is about to be the highest paid player in the NFL, according to a report out of the Bay Area.

Of that $137.5 million, it will include the highest three-year cash total for a new contract in NFL history, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The New England Patriots traded Garoppolo to San Francisco at the trade deadline in exchange for a second round draft pick.
