Bruins have three more games rescheduled by NHL
The latest round of NHL schedule reshuffling came with three more Bruins contests given new dates.
This newest shuffle begins with a Mar. 7 scheduled contest between the Bruins and Flyers at TD Garden moved to Apr. 5. The Bruins already had an Apr. 5 game against the Flyers scheduled for that day, just in Philadelphia and not Boston, which requires another shift on the part of the NHL.
So that original Apr. 5 contest has been moved from Apr. 5 to Apr. 10 at 2 p.m.
The Bruins will also see their Apr. 14 game at TD Garden against the Islanders moved to the next day, with puck drop for that contest now scheduled for 7 p.m. on Apr. 15.
This is now the third round of rescheduling that’s impacted the Bruins, who have yet to have a COVID scare spread throughout their locker room, with Karson Kuhlman still standing as the only Bruin who has spent time on the league’s COVID list in 2021.
The Bruins currently sit atop the East Division at 11-3-2.
