Celtics blow out Heat 112-93
BOSTON – The Boston Celtics made easy work of the Miami Heat Wednesday night at the Garden, picking up a 112-93 victory.
The Green started slow, trailing 28-20 after one quarter. But the Celtics turned it on in the second, outscoring the Heat 32-16. They never looked back.
Jaylen Brown had a team-high 31 points. Kemba Walker had 28 points and seven assists and Jayson Tatum put up 19 points.
Robert Williams brought down 10 rebounds in just 19 minutes of play.
Jimmy Butler led the way for the Heat, scoring 37 points. Kelly Olynyk had 12 points off the Miami bench.
The Celtics will host the Nuggets on Friday.
