Father of Patriots RB James White reportedly dies in car crash

Patriots running back James White won’t play Sunday night following the death of his father earlier in the day.
Andy Slater of Fox Sports Miami is reporting that Tyrone White, a Miami-Dade Police Department captain, was involved in a car accident during the day on Sunday and did not survive. White’s mother Lisa was reportedly in the car as well, and is in critical condition.
The Patriots announced White as one of their six inactives for Sunday night’s matchup with the Seahawks.
