Fred Toucher: What? Okay, I’ll ask you this because you can do it off the top of your head. Worst pick of the first round.
Albert Breer: I mean, the easy answer is Penix because he’s not going to play. And look, that was rumored and I didn’t believe it. And I had had like 3 or 4 people over the last 24 hours say to me, like, you keep hearing the Falcons like Penix And my personal theory was I had heard the owner wanted to get another quarterback in the pipeline because he was so scared by the last three years fumbling around at quarterback. What happened with Matt Ryan, the failed pursuit of Deshaun Watson, then making them think they can make it work the last couple of years with Marcus Mariota, last year with Desmond Ridder that they were going to overinvest in a quarterback. You had the eighth pick in the draft. You just signed Kirk Cousins. I’m all for overinvesting at that position. But I mean….
