The Patriots are reportedly re-signing another wide receiver
Monday night featured a flurry of signings and re-signings for the New England Patriots. Their latest move is the latter, with Bleacher Report’s Jordan Schultz reporting the team is re-signing wide receiver Jalen Reagor.
According to Schultz, Reagor is getting a one-year deal. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported Tuesday morning that the deal is worth up to $1.3 million with $442,500 guaranteed.

The Patriots signed Reagor to their practice squad last year after final roster cuts. He was elevated for multiple games and then signed to the active roster midway through the season. The 25-year-old appeared in 10 games catching six passes for 105 yards and returned six kickoffs for 206 yards and a touchdown.
Prior to joining the Patriots, Reagor was a first-round pick by the Eagles in 2020. After struggling in Philadelphia he was traded to the Minnesota Vikings prior to the 2022 season. He spent one year with the Vikings before being released last summer as part of final roster cuts.
Heading into the 2024 season, Reagor will likely come into camp competing for a rotational wide receiver role, and the kick returning job as well. He’s the second receiver to re-sign from last year’s team, after Kendrick Bourne.
