Gordan Ramsay Burger Opening In Boston, With Roof Deck
Gordon Ramsay will be adding to his restaurants in the area this week. Gordon Ramsay Burger Boston is set to open on July 5.
The location will be at 99 Blackstone St. inside the Canopy by Hilton Hotel. This is significant because the layout will include a 4,000-square-foot roof deck. MassLive reports this is a “one-of-a-kind roof deck on the second level with views of downtown.” The views will also include the West End, the North End, and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.”
This will be Ramsay’s second restaurant in Boston. Ramsay’s Kitchen opened last year inside the Mandarin Oriental. The difference is the Kitchen offers more signature dishes like lobster rolls, scallops and shrimp and lobster spaghetti.
What is Ramsay Burger?
It’s not your typical hamburger joint. While it, of course, offers your typical cheeseburger options, there are some elements that make Ramsay Burger different. First, you probably need two hands on the burger to eat it properly. They are loaded up on brioche buns. You certainly won’t walk away hungry.
Next, the ambiance of a Ramsay restaurant is consistently appealing. They offer a high-end take on simple and traditional foods. The establishments are not overly touristy, however. You don’t feel like you are at the gift shop of an amusement park.
What’s On the Burger Menu?
To start, you have your choice of “snacks.” These include chicken wings, street corn dip, and beer-battered onion rings. There are two salad options, and three French fry options (including sweet potato and parmesan truffle fries.)
Gordon Ramsay Burger will start by featuring seven different burger options. These include a plant-based patty on a vegan bun, a chicken burger, and a rotating burger of the month.
Other favorites include the “Backyard” (cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and pickles). The “Hell’s Kitchen Burger” (mozzarella, roasted jalapeño, avocado, roasted tomato). And finally, the “Blue Cheeseburger” (blue cheese, caramelized onions, crispy onion ring, frisée, blue cheese dressing, lettuce, spicy aioli).
Boston now joins Chicago and Las Vegas as the other major cities to house a Gordon Ramsay Burger.

New England Patriots (and Revolution) fans will have a cool new experience to look forward to for the upcoming seasons. The Patriots unveiled the images for the brand-new Celebration Beer Hall at Gillette Stadium. “Fans inside Celebration Beer Hall will have unprecedented access to watch Patriots and Revolution players as they walk from their locker room through the tunnel before accessing the game field,” Kraft Sports Group explained in a press release. Based on the images that they’ve provided us, seen here, there will be unprecedented potential for selfies!
Here’s What You Need To Know About Celebration Beer Hall
The space will be located in the northeast corner of the field. Ticketholders can cheer on the team from the private 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio or inside the 4,000-square-foot Beer Hall. Fans in attendance are encouraged to be there before and after the game as well. In addition, the layout also includes a 375-square-foot oval bar in the center of the room.
Food will be available inside Celebration Hall, as will be an array of beverage options. Bud Light is the official sponsor of this newest field-level game day space, so expect plenty of Anheuser-Busch beverage options.
In regards to the partnership with Bud Light, Murray Kohl, vice president of sales, New England Patriots says, “Their vision for Celebration Beer Hall was evident from the beginning and we know they are perfectly positioned to create the quintessential ‘want-to-be’ gathering place on gameday and non-gamedays alike.”
“Celebration Beer Hall, with its unique view of the players’ pre-game walk-out and the proximity to the field of play, makes this space unlike any Bud Light activation space in the NFL and MLS,” said Anheuser-Busch.
The Celebration Beer Hall is set to open in September of 2023. They have not announced what the admission costs are: we’d expect them to be rather pricey. In the meantime, here is a first look at Celebration Beer Hall at Gillette Stadium.
