Toucher & Rich: Is Your Lifestyle The Complete Opposite of Tom Brady’s?
Tom Brady exercises, is very careful about what he eats. Toucher & Rich decided to reach out to the Sports Hub audience and see who out there lived a lifestyle that was the complete opposite of the TB12 regimen.
They wanted to know what the “Anti-Brady” lifestyle was like. For instance, what meals were like on a daily basis, what type of exercise routine was performed.
Needless to say, we weren’t disappointed.
