Rich: From what you know, what are the Krafts think about all of this behind the scenes?

Greg Bedard: As far as I know, they have many of the same concerns that many of us have about this team, about how they have squandered a lot of assets in personnel in recent years for really no reason. And now the big thing is the coaching staff. I think the crafts look at it and they’re just like, you’re going to do what with who? Who’s going to coach Mac? Mac Jones, our prized second year quarterback and they, OK Bill OC. You know, you you have certainly earned the right to make these decisions. But if it doesn’t go well, we earn the right to make sure our franchise is being looked at properly.

Rich: It’s because I was looking and I was wondering if they would actually get upset at, you know, they just had the most valuable franchise sports franchises list come out and the Rams have leapfrogged over the Patriots. And I bet they don’t like that because I think they used to always be. Number two was always the Cowboys. Cowboys is bigger than everybody, but then the Patriots were always right underneath it, but they got somebody move it up. It seems like the Patriots are kind of budging down and they probably don’t like that at all.

Greg Bedard: Well, they just need to build their own ridiculous compound stadium in Boston and they’ll be right ahead of them.
