Bruins announce roster for preseason opener vs. Capitals
Following their third day of on-ice work in Brighton, the Boston Bruins have announced their traveling roster for Sunday’s preseason opener against the Washington Capitals at Capital One Arena.
Up front, the Bruins will bring Samuel Asselin, Anton Blidh, Jake DeBrusk, Matt Filipe, Steven Fogarty, Jesper Froden, Curtis Hall, Erik Haula, Karson Kuhlman, Jakub Lauko, Fabian Lysell, Oskar Steen and Chris Wagner to DC.
On the backend, the traveling roster will include Jack Ahcan, Connor Clifton, Tyler Lewington, Brady Lyle, John Moore, Urho Vaakanainen and Jakub Zboril, and Callum Booth, Troy Grosenick and Jeremy Swayman will be the goalies on the trip.
Based on the lines we’ve seen through the first few three days of training camp, and more specifically how they look for Saturday’s session at Warrior Ice Arena, the lines will likely go as follows…

Sunday’s preseason contest, which will come with a 5 p.m. puck drop, will be broadcast on both the NHL Network and ESPN+.
