Revs president Brian Bilello talks fans at Gillette with Zolak & Bertrand
Brian Bilello, president of the New England Revolution, joined Zolak & Bertrand on Friday. The big topic was Thursday’s news that large venues are set to reopen in Massachusetts in March.
Mass. governor Charlie Baker announced Thursday, along with New England’s major sports venues, that venues like TD Garden and Gillette Stadium will reopen at 12 percent capacity, with a number of health guidelines for attendees. The Patriots told season ticket holders they are hopeful to return to full capacity for the 2021 NFL season.
Bilello discusses the team’s excitement about letting fans back into Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, what happens to ticket holders who don’t want to go to games yet, and what fans should expect if they decide to attend. Listen below for the full interview.
