Amidst all of the ‘weapons’ talk following their 18-12 loss to the Broncos on Sunday, the Patriots have added a wide receiver – to their practice squad.

On Monday, the team added receiver Mason Kinsey to the practice squad and waived Devin Ross according to EPSN’s Mike Reiss.

Kinsey was signed to the Patriots practice squad before Week 1 after spending the summer with the Titans, then waived October 1. The rookie UDFA is the all-time leading receiver at D-III Berry College.

Ross had been with the Patriots practice squad since October 15 of last season. He had a strong training camp this past summer, but never made it to the main roster.

The Patriots now have three wide receivers on their practice squad – Kinsey, Kristian Wilkerson, and Isaiah Zuber.
