The post includes notes sent to each donation site. The message reads:
May these bless you and protect you while you do what you do best. Thank you for being the heroes we need at such a critical time. Love, Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek
10,000 of the masks will be heading to Boston Medical Center, while the other 10,000 are being donated to St. Joseph's Health, a hospital in Patterson, New Jersey. That area is among the hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic.
If you would like to chip in, both hospitals have set up donation funds. You can find more info on their Instagram pages below.

As the impact of COVID-19 is being felt around the world, St. Joseph's Health remains prepared to care for our patients and community. Now more than ever, we acknowledge and thank our doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers who are on the front lines of providing patient care during this pandemic. In response to many people asking how they can help, we established a COVID-19 Response Fund. Donations to this fund will provide assistance as needs continue to be identified during and after the crisis, which may include patient care, testing, medication, medical supplies and staff support. As National Doctors' Day and National Nurses Week approach, help us support everyone working tirelessly to care for patients in need and to combat the spread of COVID-19 by making a gift. ????Link in bio! Thank you for your support!
