Former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and his long-time girlfriend and model Camille Kostek are helping out in the fight against COVID-19.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Instagram page shared on Tuesday that the couple had donated 20,000 KN95 medical masks to a pair of hospitals. Kostek was the SI Swimsuit cover model in 2019.

The post includes notes sent to each donation site. The message reads:

May these bless you and protect you while you do what you do best. Thank you for being the heroes we need at such a critical time. Love, Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek

10,000 of the masks will be heading to Boston Medical Center, while the other 10,000 are being donated to St. Joseph’s Health, a hospital in Patterson, New Jersey. That area is among the hardest hit by the Coronavirus pandemic.

If you would like to chip in, both hospitals have set up donation funds. You can find more info on their Instagram pages below.
