According to oddsmakers, The New England Patriots are the surprising favorites to land Lamar Jackson this offseason if the quarterback leave the Baltimore Ravens.

• So, Will Lamar Jackson’s next team be the Patriots? ESPN’s Mike Reiss joined Toucher & Rich this morning and was asked that very question. 

  His answer: Don’t hold your breath.

•  “I view that as a long, long, long, long, long shot.” said Reiss, “The way (the Patriots) set up this year with the coaching and when you look around the league and you see Jacksonville, Giants and even Tampa from a different view, you see the importance of the coaching.” 

  Reiss’ opinion is that Bill Belichick will focus on putting Mac Jones in the best position to succeed in 2023 then assess what the team has in Mac after next season.
