Week 8 of the NFL kicked off on Thursday night with the Jaguars 31-24 win over the Saints. There are only a few marquee games on the slate this weekend. The Ravens hosting the Lions should be interesting. How do the Chargers bounce against the Chiefs after their loss to Dallas? Can Miami win on the road in Philadelphia after the Eagles lost to the Jets? And I give my thought on the Bulls and Patriots. Every Friday, I join Tom Giles from NBC Sports Boston for The Weekly Spread. Here are my Week 8 NFL Predictions.

Steelers +3.5 at Rams
The look ahead like on this game was the Steelers -2.5, and now they are 3.5 point underdogs, What gives ? The Steelers are off the bye and well rested. The Rams have given up 15 sacks in the last 4 games, but have a healthy Cooper Kupp and Matt Stafford. I’m going with the underdog in this one.

Arizona vs Seattle over 44
Both of these teams off a loss last week. The Cardinals have hit this total number 4 times time this season. They only scored 9 points last week against the Rams. Kyler Murray is trying to make his way back this season, and Josh Dobbs has been reliable despite a few turnovers. Seattle has hit this total number twice and coming off only 13 points against the Bengals. I think the offense gets going for both teams this week and going over the total.

Dolphins at Eagles -2.5
The Eagles are off an embarrassing loss to the Jets at home. Miami has struggled in games away from home. They pulled out a win over the Chargers, 34-32. The Dolphins snuck out a win against the Patriots 24-17
and got torched by Buffalo 48-20. Check out my prediction below.
Bills at Patriots
The Patriots are a hard team to bet on right now. The Bills struggled against the Giants as 15 point favorites and now go on the road, laying 8.5 points. Buffalo has dominated in New England, winning the last 3 games at Gillette Stadium by 29, 14, and 12 points. I’m taking the Bills to win the first quarter.
