  • Who says the Patriots don’t have fun? Bill Belichick was clearly having a great time after the team’s joint practice with the Raiders on Wednesday.

Following the end of the second of two practices, Belichick and a handful of Patriots players visited the UFC Performance Institute and headquarters in Las Vegas. They were given a tour of the facility, culminating in Belichick getting to try on a UFC title belt.

  • And just like that, a new Belichick meme is born. Expected to see ‘UFC Belichick’ up there right alongside the orange juice picture, him walking out of the tunnel in Detroit, the popcorn and binoculars gif, and handful of others that have become staples of Patriots Twitter.

Of course, the internet came ready with jokes…

  • UFC president Dana White is from Connecticut and spent his early life in Massachusetts, including attending Quincy College and UMass Boston. Despite sharing a story earlier this week that he has previously tried to lure Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski to the Las Vegas Raiders, things appear to be all good with his hometown team, as he posed with them for a picture after practice.
