Last week’s NFL regular season schedule announcement also came with three preseason opponents for the Patriots – the Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers, and Tennessee Titans. However, it only included the date and time for one of those games – the preseason opener and lone preseason home game against the Texans.

On Tuesday morning, the Patriots added another piece to the puzzle. The team shared their preseason finale against the Titans in Nashville will take place Friday, August 25 with an 8:15 p.m. kickoff.

  • The Patriots may make a week out of things in Nashville, too. During this year’s owners meetings, it was reported the Patriots and Titans were working towards running joint training camp practices together. The Titans are coached by former Patriots linebacker and 2023 Hall of Fame inductee Mike Vrabel.

This leaves the Packers game as the lone unscheduled preseason game for the Patriots. That game is also expected to be proceeded by joint practices.
