Felger: Who’s your number one star from Super Bowl 57?

Greg Bedard: Patrick Mahomes. I mean, his stats weren’t off the charts considering how much they possess the ball. But I just thought he was tremendous. I thought he showed maturity. He was accurate. He basically had one incompletion, and it was a throwaway, in the second half.

  • Chiefs Offensive Line

  • Felger: Number two?

Greg Bedard: I have the Chiefs O-line. I mean, that match up, you know, look, the field had something to do with it that was obvious. But what they were able to do and keep Mahomes relatively clean against that defensive line and how deep they are, it was mind blowing. I did not think that was possible.

  • Nick Bolton

  • Felger: Third star?

Greg Bedard: Nick Bolton. I mean I just think he was tremendous sideline to sideline.

  • 3 DOWN

    Jonathan Gannon

    Philadelphia Eagles Training Camp

  • Felger: Number one dud?

Greg Bedard: Jonathan Gannon, the Eagles defensive coordinator. He was awful. And it’s just funny that he’s getting introduced today or named Cardinals head coach. Just reminds me of when Matt Patricia went from the Eagles Super Bowl to being named Lions head coach. I mean you’re coming off that performance where basically, you know, the Eagles didn’t punt in that game and they couldn’t stop the Chiefs in the second half to win the Super Bowl and that guy gets a head coaching job.

  • James Bradberry

  • Felger: Second dud please.

James Bradberry. Not only for the penalty, and he should’ve had one earlier, but I remember there were a lot of people that wanted the Patriots to go after Bradberry, but he got exposed in this game because he can’t play man coverage.

  • Eagles Defensive Line

  • Felger: Last one Greg?

Greg Bedard: Eagles defensive line specifically, and Murray and I were just talking about this, like when I looked at the stats from the game, I was like, I had no idea Robert Quinn was on that team. I forgot they traded for him for a fourth round pick. He played two snaps in this game. And just their defensive line in general just didn’t do enough. They needed to win this game.
