After a tough Celtics loss Monday night versus the Cavaliers, Kendrick Perkins appeared on NBC Sports Boston. During his postgame analysis, some listeners caught a noise resembling flatulence.

On Tuesday’s Toucher & Rich program—Fred, Rich, and Ryan Johnston react to audio of Perkins apparently farting on the air.

  • Kendrick Perkins: But I tell you what, these teams in the Eastern Conference are coming with it. *Fart Noise*

Fred: Oh, my God. Hachi Machi. What a bold statement.

Rich: That is a Muhammad Ali Heavyweight fart! He did not pull any punches. There is some depth. There is some punch. That is no squeaker. There’s no way a noise with that much base comes from Tom Giles. There’s no possible way.

  • Rich: That was a comebacker.

Fred: That audio made me fart. That’s the loudest fart we’ve ever heard on TV.

Rich: That might be the most forceful fart. There’s no way that noise came from Tom Giles. I’m thinking not Eddie House, either. That sounds like a stop and pause; I’ve got to fart, Kendrick Perkins. We caught him brown-handed.

Fred: Oh, that’s Kendrick Perkins. I mean, there’s no question about it.
