With the Bruins forcing a Game 7 in the Stanley Cup Final, the Boston Red Sox will alter the start time for Wednesday's game against the Texas Rangers.
First pitch is now scheduled for 4:05 p.m. It was initially set for 7:10 p.m.
This is the second time this season the Red Sox have changed a start time due to a Bruins game. The Sox and Indians played a 6 o'clock game on May 29, the night of Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final.
The Red Sox and Rangers begin a four-game series Monday night.
