A 65-year-old man from Mansfield was arrested and charged by the Marshfield police for allegedly exposing himself while sunbathing on a path near the Rexhame Beach Parking Lot.

• Shocked witnesses contacted the police around 5 p.m. upon seeing the man lying on the ground with his shorts around his ankles, exposing himself near the South River bank.

  This is not the first time the gentleman has been involved in such incidents. In May 2022, he faced charges from the Marshfield police for a similar behavior near the town library, where he was spotted wearing only a t-shirt and socks in front of a local business. (AKA: Winnie the Pooh-ing)

  Richard Wuschke, 65, of Mansfield, was arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals in public in Marshfield. – Marshfield Police Department

• As a result of the recent incident, he’s been charged with open and gross lewdness, along with disorderly conduct. He appeared in Plymouth District Court for an arraignment on Monday and was subsequently released on bail.
