Felger & Mazz

Paul Perillo: Real quick, I’ll tell you who I don’t want.

    Felger: Who?

    Paul Perillo: Kliff Kingsbury.

    Felger: Why?

Paul Perillo: I know a lot of people have sort of banged that drum. I think he’s thoroughly average.

Jim Murray: Right, hasn’t he proved to be one of the great frauds?

Paul Perillo: I mean, he had Patrick Mahomes in college and was below .500 with him. And then he goes to the pros and he has, I think, a lot of pieces for a really dynamic offense, and they haven’t really been great. Aside from the first half of last year, they haven’t been great offensively. This year they were like 29th in the league offensively. With Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins and you know, all those other pieces, air raid kind of guy? Does that sound like Mac Jones?

Mazz: Nope, but that’s who Bill is going to hire!

    Felger: If he’s free.

Paul Perillo: Yeah. I mean, I’ll say it upfront before it happens and that way you can call me a fraud when I’m telling you, “I really like what they did with this Kingsbury guy”, you guys can rightly call me out because I don’t want him.
