  • October 18th, 2003: Bergeron scores his first NHL goal

    Bergeron scored his inaugural career goal by tapping in a rebound from close range during a power play, equalizing the match with just 2 minutes and 32 seconds left. Additionally, he contributed two assists, achieving his initial three-point game of his career in the 4-3 victory against the Kings in Los Angeles.

  • April 9th, 2004: Bergy scores the OT winner in Montreal

     

    As the NHL’s youngest, Bergeron concluded Game 4 of the first round skillfully maneuvering through the central area and unleashing a shot to the distant side of the net past Jose Theodore. This remarkable play occurred at 1 minute and 26 seconds into overtime, propelling the Bruins to a 2-1 triumph over the Canadiens at the FleetCenter.

  • January 11th, 2011: Bergeron’s first career hat trick

     

    Bergeron notched a trio of goals in Boston’s decisive 6-0 victory against the Ottawa Senators. He completed his inaugural hat trick by redirecting Brad Marchand’s pass from the area behind the net at 5:04 in the third period.

  • June 15th, 2011: Bergeron scores twice in game 7 of the Stanley Cup Final

     

    Bergeron played a pivotal role in ending Boston’s 39-year championship dry spell by netting two goals in the pivotal seventh game against the Vancouver Canucks. He initiated the scoring by scoring off a pass by Marchand at 14:37 of the first period. Additionally, he secured a shorthanded goal by skillfully guiding the puck into the net at 17:35 in the second period, extending the lead to 3-0 in what would be a 4-0 victory for Boston that brought the Stanley Cup back to Boston.

  • June 18th, 2011: Bergeron serenades the parade crowd

     

    Although Bergeron’s vocal talents might not have been his standout feature, he playfully put them on display before the grand Stanley Cup parade for the B’s. In a moment that could be described as “music meets slapstick,” he bravely dragged Marchand to the microphone for an impromptu serenade session. Together, they belted out a few lines from Wiz Khalifa’s catchy tune “Black And Yellow,” kicking off the parade with a bang.

  • June 20th, 2012: Bergeron wins his first Selke Trophy

     

    Bergeron won the first of his 5 Selke trophies on this day as the second Bruin to win the prestigious award.

  • May 13th, 2013: Bergeron scores twice vs Toronto in Game 7

     

    Bergeron played a pivotal role in orchestrating a comeback that etched itself into the annals of NHL history as one of the most astounding. With just 51 seconds left in regulation, he leveled the score at 4-4, setting the stage for an awe-inspiring feat. Bergeron solidified the seemingly-impossible feat by neatly tucking away a rebound at 6 minutes and 5 seconds of overtime in a spectacular ending.

  • January 25th, 2015: Bergy’s first all-star appearance

    Bergeron helped Team Toews win 17-12 over team Foligno at the 2015 NHL All-Star Game in Columbus, potting 1 goal and 4 assists.

  • January 6th, 2018: Bergeron ties Bruins record with 4 goals

  • December 22nd, 2018: Bergeron scores 300th career goal

     

    Bergeron’s 2-goal night against the Nashville Predators brought him to the 300 goal mark.

  • February 5th, 2019: Bergeron scores in his 1,000th career game

     

    Bergeron notched two goals in the game, one of which was an empty-netter facilitated by a selfless feed from David Pastrnak, contributing to a triumphant 3-1 victory against the Islanders at TD Garden. This achievement marked a significant milestone as he joined an elite group of Bruins, becoming the sixth player to reach the remarkable milestone of 1,000 games played with the club.

  • May 16th, 2019: Bergeron scores 3 points as the Bruins sweep the Hurricanes

     

    Bergeron’s 2 goals and 1 assist lifted the Bruins over the Carolina Hurricanes, completing a sweep as the B’s clinched the Eastern Conference.

  • August 12th, 2020: Bergeron scores double-OT goal against Carolina in the bubble

     

    Bergeron brought the game to a thrilling conclusion by neatly putting away a pass from Pastrnak a mere 1 minute and 13 seconds into the second overtime period. This decisive moment won Boston game 1 of the first round, 4-3.

  • January 7th, 2021: Bergeron named 26th team captain in history

  • November 4th, 2021: Bergeron’s second 4-goal game

     

    Bergeron achieved his second-ever four-goal performance by scoring his first four goals of the season in a commanding 5-1 triumph against the Detroit Red Wings at TD Garden.

  • February 5th, 2022: Bergeron’s final All-Star Game

    Accompanied by his wife and three children, Bergeron participated in his third and ultimate All-Star Weekend held in Las Vegas. During the event, he found the back of the net once as part of Team Atlantic, although they ultimately lost 8-5 to Team Central.

  • April 28th, 2022: Bergeron scores his 400th goal in a hat trick

     

    Bergeron concluded the regular season on a high note, achieving his eighth career hat trick in a dominant 5-0 victory over Buffalo. He completed this remarkable feat by netting his 25th goal of the season and marking his 400th career goal with just 2:13 remaining in regulation.

  • November 21st, 2022: Bergeron scores his 1000th career point

     

    Bergeron secured his place in yet another annal of Bruins history by becoming the fourth player to achieve the milestone of 1,000 career points. This significant accomplishment was achieved when he contributed a secondary assist on Marchand’s goal at 15:08 in the second period in a 5-3 victory against the Lightning in Tampa.

  • June 26th, 2023: Bergeron wins 6th Selke Trophy

     

    Bergeron ended his career on a high note with one more Selke Trophy victory.
