Felger: Tier one Kansas City, Philly. Dallas, Cincinnati. Buffalo, Cincinnati as a tier one team, I don’t know if that’s new or not.

J-Stew: This tier is the same as last week.

Felger: Okay. No movement. No movement on tier one.

Felger: Tier two. Mazz has San Francisco, Minnesota, Baltimore, Miami.

Felger: Tier three, Tennessee down. Tier three teams also include the Chargers, the Seahawks, the Giants, the Commanders and the Jets. I will say here that feels like a very swaggy jaggi tier three.

Felger: Tier four. Tampa, Green Bay, Vegas, Pittsburgh, New England, Atlanta, Detroit, Cleveland. And up from tier five Carolina.

Felger: Let’s just wrap this up with the dregs. This the bottom tier has shrunk. He’s moved some teams up because he was working with 10-11. He had to keep it to 10 for the graphic. Now, I think he’s at eight teams in the final tier. Jacksonville, Rams, Indy, Arizona, Saints, Houston, Chicago, Denver.
