The Boston Bruins made their first move of the offseason on Monday by trading Taylor Hall and Nick Foligno to the Chicago Blackhawks. That was the first of what is expected to be many moves for the Bruins during the offseason. A position that could be changed on the roster is goaltending and Felger and Mazz give their thoughts on the idea of trading Linus Ullmark based on what Ty Anderson had to say about the idea of trading him on Tuesday morning with Toucher and Rich!

• Would they trade Linus Ullmark?

  Felger: If I don’t get top tier return for Linus Ullmark, am I going to keep both my goalies?

  Mazz: No. I don’t need top tier return for Ullmark. Again, I’m dumping the money.

  Felger: I need the salary cap space.

  Mazz: Right. And I say dumping the money, like I’m not giving him away. I’m not doing what they did with Hall for Ullmark because I think Ullmark was obviously coming off a really good year. But like, if you don’t get an elite player Ullmark you’re going to trade him? What are you kidding me?

  Jim Murray: That’s crazy. I would take a draft pick, you know, a first round pick I would take for him. I don’t necessarily need a plug and play player.

  Felger: I don’t need a first round pick. I need the salary cap space. And the only reason I guess I wouldn’t take nothing is because someone somewhere will give me something, right?

  Mazz: Well, the player’s got value.

  Felger: But if no one was going to give me anything, I’d still get rid of Ullmark. I would.
