The Boston Celtics are Eastern Conference champions for the first time since 2010, defeating the Miami Heat in Game 7 to clinch the conference finals on the road at FTX Arena. Jayson Tatum won the inaugural Larry Bird Trophy as the Eastern Conference Finals MVP.
