Bruins call up forward amid injury to Jake DeBrusk

The Boston Bruins called up forward Patrick Brown from Providence in time for Saturday’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers. Brown appeared in the game for the B’s at the Wells Fargo Center, his 11th contest of the season.
Brown’s call-up comes as Bruins forward Jake DeBrusk is dealing with a fresh injury. The nature of DeBrusk’s issue was not disclosed by head coach Jim Montgomery, who Pregame updates per Coach Montgomery:

An overtime goal from Bruins captain Brad Marchand helped Boston dodge potential disaster Thursday night in Ottawa, as the Bruins overcame blowing a two-goal lead with a 3-2 overtime final over the Senators.
The win also helped the Bruins avoid a losing streak following Wednesday’s loss to the Hurricanes at TD Garden.
