The Bruins and Flyers’ outdoor rink at Lake Tahoe is under construction. Boston provided fans with a little peek at the setting for the NHL’s Outdoor Series, coming up on Saturday and Sunday. Predictably, it looks like the view will be incredible for Sunday’s Bruins-Flyers game.
In the tweet below you can see four new photos from the site of the NHL Outdoor Series at Lake Tahoe, including parts of the rink itself and the boards. The Bruins and Flyers will face off against the backdrop of the lake and surrounding mountains on Sunday.

Head to NHL.com for even more photos. There you can get more looks at the construction of the rink by Lake Tahoe, as well as the entryway where players will enter and exit the rink. In addition to the Bruins and Flyers, the Colorado Avalanche and Vegas Golden Knights will play the first outdoor game on Saturday in a matchup of the league’s elite.
