For this installment of Belichick 20/20 we bring you another classic playoff match up between the Patriots and the Colts. This time, we recall a snowy 2004 AFC Divisional Game in which Belichick and company held Tony Dungy and Peyton Manning’s Colts to only thee points. Manning was coming off a year where he threw for 49 touchdowns, at the time passing Dan Marino for most touchdowns in a single season. The Patriots won easily by a score of 20-3, the first game all year where Manning did not throw a touchdown pass. It was a game where Belichick’s defense was in control for the whole game; forcing three fumbles while recovering two of them and only allowing the Colts offense to be on the field for 22 minutes.
