As part of what appears to be a preview for “Behind the B,” the Bruins released a short clip of the team mic’d up as Brad Marchand scored the game-winning goal over the Capitals in Game 2 on Monday night. Check out the video below via the Bruins’ Twitter account.
Someone screams the obligatory “Let’s go!” just after Marchand netted the overtime winner, which tied the Bruins-Capitals series 1-1. You can also get a quick glimpse at the absolute rocket that Marchand unloaded for the goal.
Most of the time, mic’d-up goal clips turn into just the guys crowing like a bunch of roosters. But it’s cool to get an immersive look at how it sounded for the team itself.
Expect to see this moment and plenty more from the playoffs in the next episode of “Behind the B.”
