It must be the holiday season. Anyone who drives in Massachusetts knows that something is always going to slow down your commute.  It could be road work, or a closed tunnel or even geese crossing the road. The GPS will never be right and will never predict what traffic is like here in the commonwealth.  There are the bike lanes, potholes and constant construction with new buildings going up which will slow down your commute. But it's only going to get worse with the test of 2024 with the holidays approaching.

I leave for my show everyday around 4:00PM, i live on the north shore so I always give myself 2 hours before I head anywhere. I anticipate traffic always before a ride. Normally I can just listen to the radio or make a phone call to pass the time. On Wednesday night, I didn't move on 95 South for one hour. The GPS didn't indicate why, so I asked social media what was going on.

A car on fire would really throw a wrench into rush hour traffic. Just imagine what could happen once the holidays start? The night before Thanksgiving is always considered the worst day of the year for traffic. I know think the Tuesday before now is the worst day. Some people just need to take a vacation day to avoid the traffic. It's only going to get worse over the next few weeks.,

I didn't even mention the MBTA and the travel to the train station and the parking. I'll save that for another day, but I almost lost my mind talking about it, but I still made it to the show on time. The traffic is only going to get worse, try to avoid going out this holiday season.
