Tom Brady working out with Josh Gordon in new social media post: ‘Practice makes perfect.’

Tom Brady continues to show his social media followers what he’s up to between Patriots practices. His latest post features a bit of a surprise: wide receiver Josh Gordon catching a pass.
As you can see below, Brady threw at least one football (probably a lot) to Gordon at what looks like a local soccer field and shared a GIF of it on his Instagram and Twitter pages.
Gordon is mainly shown from behind and there’s no explicit mention of him, but it appears to be the receiver due to the hat he’s wearing. Also, he just has a unique combo of height, length and athleticism that helped make him one of the league’s most productive receivers early in his career and makes him stand out in general. No other Pats receiver has those damn calves. The Internet seems to agree it’s him.

Brady also recently posted photos of himself working out with Julian Edelman and rookie first-round pick N’Keal Harry, who stood out in an open OTA practice without Brady but struggled going up against Stephon Gilmore at minicamp.
Gordon is a more curious case. He has signed his restricted free-agent tender and would be on the Patriots’ roster if and when he is reinstated from an indefinite suspension. The latest reports indicate that he could be reinstated by the time training camp starts in late July, but the real timeline for his possible return is uncertain and depends on everything going well in Gordon’s off-field rehab.
It sure looks like Brady is confident that he’ll have Gordon at his disposal when the Patriots reconvene in Foxborough next month.
