10 years after being drafted to New England as a late-round selection, and three Super Bowl rings later, Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman has finally received his college diploma from Kent State.

The official Twitter account of the Patriots was there to document Edelman's journey to the stage, too.

Edelman spent three years as a quarterback for the Kent State Golden Flashes, with 30 touchdowns on the air (Edelman also totaled 22 rushing touchdowns) and 4,997 yards through the air in 31 games.

The 32-year-old Edelman even received some congrats from his guy, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, via Twitter.

If Edelman needs a good chirp back, there's always a Tommy Boy quote there for him.
