Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces
- 1 package McCormick® Original Buffalo Wing Seasoning Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut chicken wings at joints and discard tips, then place wings in large resealable plastic bag.
- Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over wings.
- Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
- Arrange wings in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve wings with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
Italian Sliders

Ingredients
- 12 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoon dried oregano (divided)
- 5 oz deli ham
- 5 oz salami
- 5 oz pepperoni
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice sweet rolls in half and place the bottom half in the prepared casserole dish.
- In a small dish place, mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon dried oregano and mix together. Spread on the bottom of your sweet rolls. Top with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. Place the top half of your sweet rolls on top.
- Brush on olive oil and sprinkle on remaining dried oregano. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are warm. Serve them and enjoy!
Pretzel Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 8 raw frozen dinner rolls defrost them according to package directions
- 8 hot dogs {all beef is our preference}
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- coarse salt
- Ketchup and/or honey mustard sauce

Defrost rolls according to package directions.

Roll each dinner roll into an 18 inch rope. Wind each one around a hot dog from top to bottom.

Press the dough onto itself at top and bottom so it doesn't unroll.

Boil 3 quarts of water. Carefully pour soda into boiling water. Place 2 wrapped pretzel dogs into the water for about 30 seconds. Remove with slotted spoon to a cooling rack. Repeat until all pretzel dogs are boiled. Place boiled pretzel dogs on a sprayed baking sheet.

Combine egg and water and mix well. Brush pretzel dogs with egg wash and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 450°F 6-8 minutes or until dark golden brown. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Breakfast Turkey Sausage
- 1 block (8 Oz. Size) Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Rotel
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
Instructions:
- Break the turkey sausage apart and brown in a stove top pan over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese, stir until melted.
- Then add Rotel and stir until combined.
- Use tortilla chips for dipping and enjoy!
Crockpot Meatballs

Ingredients
- 32 oz homestyle meatballs
- 1/4 Onion diced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Dump all the ingredients in a crock pot. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
