It's been an almost seamless transition from the AHL to the NHL for the Bruins' Justin Brazeau.
Signed to an NHL contract barely a month ago, the 6-foot-5 Brazeau has been a value-add presence for the Bruins every night. And it appears that the big-bodied wing has found his scoring touch, too, with Brazeau's big week on the scoring front enough to earn him the nod as this week's Peterson School Hardest Working Player of the Week.

In what was a three-game week for the 26-year-old wing, Brazeau posted a team-leading four goals, and found the back of the net in all three contests for the Black and Gold. Brazeau's week kicked off with a two-goal performance against the Sens, and Brazeau scored what were game-tying, third-period strikes against both the Rangers and Flyers.
With goals in three straight games, Brazeau became the first Bruins rookie to score goals in three straight games since Brad Marchand accomplished the feat in Jan. 2011.
It's a relatively rare feat, all things considered, and had been accomplished by just 11 Bruins players since 1992. Other Bruins to have done that over that span include David Krejci, Brad Boyes (twice), Cameron Mann, Sergei Samsonov, Anson Carter, Fred Knipscheer, Bryan Smolinski (twice), Ted Donato, and Joe Juneau.
Brazeau's work has not only made him a lineup fixture in what's been an often-turbulent and unsettled bottom-six picture for the Bruins, but even earned him a promotion by the end of last Saturday's game, with Brazeau skating with Marchand and Charlie Coyle in a top-six role for the club.
