On Thursday, it was announced Patriots quarterback Mac Jones is the league's Offensive Rookie of the Month for November. This is the first time Jones has received a league award.

In four games in November - all wins - Jones completed 76-of-99 passes (76.8 percent) for 854 yards with seven touchdowns and just two interceptions. His 117.2 passer rating led all NFL quarterbacks during the month. Here's a breakdown of his game-by-game performance...

This is the first time a Patriots player has won Offensive Rookie of the Month since Deion Branch did in 2002. Chandler Jones is the last Patriots player to win it on either side of the ball, winning Defensive Rookie of the Month in 2012.

Jones wasn't the only player recognized from the Patriots, who completed their first 4-0 November since 2004. J.C. Jackson was named AFC Defensive Player of the Month.

As for Jones, his first league-wide award will likely come without much fanfare. But if he keeps playing the way he has, more awards -and bigger awards - should follow.
