6:39 p.m.: The Patriots drafted Florida State tight end Ryan Izzo with the 250th pick in the draft, completing their picks for 2018.

6:23 p.m.: The Patriots drafted Western Carolina cornerback Keion Crossen with the 243rd pick. Crossen wasn’t invited to the Combine, but would’ve led all players in 40-time if he participated.

6:05 p.m.: The Patriots traded pick No. 233 to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for pick No. 250 and a 2019 seventh-round pick.


5:30 p.m.: The Patriots drafted LSU quarterback Danny Etling with the 219th pick in the draft. Etling has been working with Tom Brady’s own throwing coach Tom House. He played for four different head coaches and offensive coordinators during his time at LSU.

5:10 p.m.: The Patriots drafted Miami wide receiver Braxton Berrios with the 210th pick in the draft. Berrios is a slot receiver who is coming off a big senior season for the Hurricanes, catching 55 passes for 679 yards and nine touchdowns.

4:35 p.m.: The Patriots have traded the 198th pick to the Tennessee Titans for picks No. 233 and 243 in the seventh round.


3:40 p.m.: The Patriots drafted Arizona State linebacker Christian Sam with the 178th overall pick.

2:05 p.m.: The Patriots selected Purdue linebacker Ja’Whaun Bentley with the 143rd overall pick in the fifth round.


12:44 p.m.: The Patriots have traded pick No. 114 to the Detroit Lions in exchange for their 2019 third-round pick.


12:20 p.m.: The Patriots traded the 105th pick to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for picks 114 and 178, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.


Day 2 Updates:


Full Story: Patriots Draft Florida Cornerback Duke Dawson With 56th Pick


8:40 p.m.: The Patriots traded the 63rd and 117th overall picks to the Buccaneers for the 56th overall pick and selected cornerback Duke Dawson out of Florida.


8:20 p.m.: The Patriots traded down in the second round for a second time, sending pick No. 51 to the Bears for the 105th overall pick and a 2019 second-round pick.


7:50 p.m.: The Patriots have traded the 43rd pick to the Detroit Lions in exchange for picks 51 and 117.


7:47 p.m.: The Miami Dolphins selected Penn State tight end Mike Gesicki with the 42nd overall pick.


7:15 p.m.: The Patriots still hold picks No. 43 and 63 in the second round, but traded their third-round pick (No. 95) to the 49ers in exchange for tackle Trent Brown and the 143rd pick.

Thursday, 10:35 p.m.: The Patriots have made a pick! With the 23rd overall pick, they selected offensive lineman Isiah Wynn out of Georgia.

Thursday: 10:20 p.m.: Matt Patricia’s first draft pick as head coach of the Lions is center/guard Frank Ragnow out of Arkansas.

Thursday, 10:11 p.m.: Steelers announce they’ve traded wide receiver Martavis Bryant to the Raiders for the 75th overall pick in the third round.

Thursday, 9:08 p.m.: The Cardinals traded with the Raiders to move up to the 10th overall pick. They selected quarterback Josh Rosen of UCLA. This marks the first time in NFL history that four QBs were selected in the top-10 of the draft.

Thursday, 8:49 p.m.: The Bills are trading up to No. 7, according to Adam Schefter.

Thursday, 8:28 p.m.: After the Browns select Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield No. 1 and the Giants take Penn State running back Saquon Barkley No. 2, the New York Jets draft USC quarterback Sam Darnold with the third overall pick.

Thursday, 8:08 p.m.: The 2018 NFL Draft is officially underway and the Cleveland Browns are on the clock. Despite Roger Goodell taking the stage accompanied by Cowboys greats Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman, and Jason Witten, the NFL’s apparent attempt to protect the commissioner from getting booed did not work.
