As Tom Brady mentioned in his retirement announcement on Wednesday morning, “you only get one super emotional retirement essay.” While Brady’s announcement was simply that video of him sitting on the beach, the tributes that have been pouring in are still bringing the nostalgia.

In what should be the first of many tributes to come from the New England Patriots, the team tweeted out a four-minute video running through Brady’s entire two-decade run with the organization. You can check the video out below…

  • That video was just one of a few Twitter tributes the team shared for the seven-time Super Bowl champion Wednesday morning. They also shared his retirement announcement, a gif of him with the six rings in won in New England, and re-shared a Duck Boat-themed graphic they posted last year when he announced his first retirement.

  • Brady, on his part, shared a number of pictures on his Instagram story from throughout his career following his announcement. Of course, the Patriots were heavily featured with one of the first pictures being of him with Bill Belichick.
