Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are axing another part of their past, as they cancel the plans on their Miami Mansion construction that started in 2020, according to the New York Post.

As rumors swirled last year leading up to Brady and Bündchen’s eventual divorce, there were many scouting the property to see if anything had changed, but the construction continued.

The site was located on Indian Creek Island and purchased by the formerly married couple for a total of $17 MM.

What has caused the change in their approach? Brady has his sights set on the next place where he’ll lay his head at night.

  • That’s right. Tom Brady is currently crafting his dream bachelor pad. The dream of divorced men everywhere.

How much will it cost? A mind-numbing $35 MM construction loan has already been taken out to build the two-story single family home. Some of the features will include a  security building, gym, pool, cabana, gym, and sport court totaling 20,200 square feet.

  • Another view of the old property

  • While the entire project has come to a stop, all the contractors have been paid and there aren’t any remaining bills left on Brady and Bündchen’s tab.

In the meantime, Brady has been living at the oceanfront Fendi Château Residences building in Surfside. Which has become a viral video spot over the last few months.

  • Doesn’t seem like he’s missing football too much either, as he posts all his different adventures with his kids and collabs with internet stars like Mr. Beast.

Don’t get too upset Patriots fans, he’s still scheduled to return to Gillette Stadium for the Week 1 matchup between the Patriots and Eagles.
