Joe Murray came in hot this morning on Toucher & Rich and had one thing on this mind: Manti Te’o.
Ten years after one of the best, worst and strangest years of the former Notre Dame linebacker's life, the world relived every single moment with him in new a Netflix documentary “Untold: The Girlfriend Who Didn’t Exist.” The two-part, two-hour documentary goes in-depth on the catfishing saga that dominated Te’o’s life.
Joe doesn't blame the actual catfishing for ruining Te’o‘s life. He blames COLLEGE FOOTBALL and believes one thing needs to be done:

"I think that college football should do more for Manti Te'o", said a passionate Joe Murray during this morning's Toucher & Rich radio program. "Like, I think you got to like, yeah, yeah, he's an idiot. But no, this dude got messed with."
"He was the best of the best linebacker in the country. The best three linebackers in the country at that time were Luke Keckley, him a Donte Hightower Those were the three. He was entering the season as a Heisman Trophy finalist. Don't give me the whole girlfriend died. I'm not buying that at all. College football should retire his number."
Obviously, Fred, Rich and Wallach didn't agree.
