Paul Perillo: I think that Mac and his camp were very cognizant of the pictures that came out after the Ravens game, the day of the injury. And I think that they've made a concerted effort to say this is a tough kid. He wants to play. You know, he listened to you two clowns.

Felger: You're looking at me? Look at the man to your left eye. What did Mac Jones sound like coming off the field against Baltimore?

Jim Murray: (Screams in fake pain)

Paul Perillo: I think the Mac camp was very cognizant of that narrative.

Felger: So they wanted a new set of pictures out there, him playing.

Jim Murray: Toughing it out. Look,.

Felger: Toughing it out through that injury.

Paul Perillo: He's willing to play through this.

Jim Murray: Those were bad pictures.

Mazz: They were. They were bad.

Paul Perillo: I mean, is that outrageous to suggest?

Felger: Oh, not at all. I like it, Paul, where we're pausing because you just delivered some good knowledge slash speculation.

Mazz: Oh, that's good stuff.

Paul Perillo: I would take the knowledge part out of adding to just go purely speculation.

Felger: But it is true, we haven't seen those pictures of him literally crying coming off the field. What we see is him warming up with that ankle, right? That's actually very shrewd by his people. They have...

Mazz: Buried those.

Felger: Well the narrative, they have switched the narrative. They've evolved the narrative.

Paul Perillo: See, this is another masterclass that you guys do.

Felger: Good job, Paul.

Paul Perillo: I simply bring something up as a mere possibility.

Felger: Oh no, we're running with this now.

Paul Perillo: By the end of the show, that's fact to you guys, "what a great job by Mac in his camp".

Felger: Oh no. That's high level speculation.

Paul Perillo: I have not talked to Mac or his camp, so I have no idea.

Felger: Pail, it's over. You can't walk it back.

Paul Perillo: I'm not walking it back. That's what I think. You're asking me my opinion. That's what I think. But I have no conversations with Mac's camp.
