New England Patriots

  • The Patriots didn’t practice on Monday, but with the short week and upcoming Thursday night Thanksgiving game against the Minnesota Vikings, the team released an ‘estimated’ injury report. This is meant to reflect the assumed statuses of injured players, had the team been on the field on Monday.

Center David Andrews (thigh) was the lone non-participant after leaving Sunday’s win over the Jets early and not returning. It was previously reported Sunday night that Andrews was expected to be loss for the season, but multiple reports on Monday suggested otherwise. That included Karen Guregian of The Boston Herald, who noted Monday afternoon that Andrews “could return late in the season or potentially for the playoffs.” Our own Scott Zolak also suggested Andrews could return as early as Thursday.

  • Five players are listed as limited for the Patriots. That includes offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn (foot), who also left Sunday’s game early. Sunday’s lone touchdown scorer Marcus Jones (ankle) is also on the report, having left the game before returning for that final punt return. Wide receiver DeVante Parker (knee) and linebackers Josh Uche (hamstring) and Anfernee Jennings (back) were also limited.

As for the Vikings, both starting tackle Christian Darrisaw (concussion) and cornerback Andrew Booth (knee) were listed as non-participants. Darrisaw has already been ruled out after suffering his second concussion in as many weeks on Sunday.

  • Wide receiver Justin Jefferson (toe) was a full participant but still appears to be dealing with a turf toe injury. Defensive lineman Dalvin Tomlinson (calf), linebacker ZaDarius Smith (knee), and cornerback Akalyleb Evans (concussion) were limited.
