  • With their game against the Buffalo Bills still scheduled to be played on Sunday, the Patriots took the practice field on Wednesday for the first time this week. The team was as complete as it’s been in a few months, with only six players listed on the injury report.

Tight end Jonnu Smith (concussion) and cornerback Marcus Jones (concussion) were the only two players who didn’t participate in Wednesday’s practice. Both missed last week after suffering concussions in the Patriots’ Week 16 game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

  • The Patriots also had four players limited, including wide receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) and cornerback Jalen Mills (groin). Both had missed multiple weeks due to their injuries. Wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) and cornerback Jonathan Jones (chest) are also listed after appearing last week.

Eight players who were listed on the injury report last weekend were removed from the report entirely. They are running backs Rhamondre Stevenson and Damien Harris, wide receiver Tyquan Thornton, tight end Hunter Henry, tackle Yodny Cajuste, safety Adrian Phillips, and specialist Matthew Slater. In addition, cornerback Jack Jones is no longer listed after he was moved to IR.
