Elsa/Getty ImagesThe 2022 NFL trade deadline has passed. While the New England Patriots didn't make any moves, it was still a busy day for their AFC East rivals and an active deadline across the league. Scroll down for a recap of every trade made on Tuesday.
Bills Trade For Falcons Safety
The Bills really got in on the action late in the game, here. According to Tom Pelissero, they made a trade for safety Dean Marlowe with the Atlanta Falcons. Busy day for the AFC East outside of New England.
Chiefs Make Last-Second Trade With Falcons
Yet another last-second trade! The Chiefs are sending cornerback Rashad Fenton to the Atlanta Falcons, according to ESPN's Field Yates.
The trade was reported well after the 4 p.m. deadline, so it remains to be seen if anyone else got a last-minute deal in.
Bills Swing Last-Minute Trade For Running Back
Just minutes before the trade deadline passed at 4 p.m. ET, Adam Schefter reported that the Bills are acquiring running back Nyheim Hines from the Colts. Mike Garafolo later added that the Bills are sending fellow RB Zack Moss to Indy as part of the deal.
With no new deals reported as of 4:08 p.m., it's possible that this is the final trade of the day. We'll see if anything else trickles out. But it's looking like the Patriots did not make any deals today.
Kendrick Bourne Staying In New England

The Patriots will not be trading wide receiver Kendrick Bourne, according to ESPN's Jordan Schulz. As of this writing, we're about 12 minutes away from the trade deadline. Unless the Pats get a move in at the last minute, it's looking like a stand-pat year for Bill Belichick.
Jets Trading Pass-Rusher To Broncos
In order to help fill the void left by the departing Bradley Chubb, the Broncos are acquiring edge rusher Jacob Martin from the Jets, as first reported by Ian Rapoport.
Calvin Ridley To The Jaguars

Perhaps the most shocking trade of the day so far: the Jacksonville Jaguars are acquiring wide receiver Calvin Ridley from the Falcons, according to Ian Rapoport. Ridley is suspended for gambling through at least the 2022 season.

Another running back trade: the Dolphins are acquiring Jeff Wilson from the 49ers, according to Adam Schefter. They swap out Chase Edmonds for Wilson.

Another big trade, this time from the AFC East: according to Adam Schefter, the Dolphins are acquiring edge rusher Bradley Chubb from the Broncos. They also plan on signing Chubb to a long-term extension.
According to Doug Kyed, running back Chase Edmonds is heading to Denver as part of the deal.
Steelers Acquiring CB Will Jackson
According to Ian Rapoport, the Steelers are acquiring cornerback Will Jackson from the Washington Commanders. It's only the latest move in a busy day for Pittsburgh, who also traded wide receiver Chase Claypool to the Bears.

Despite reports the Patriots were getting calls on him, the team isn't expected to move offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn at today's trade deadline according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

At 3-5, the Chicago Bears remain busy at the trade deadline. After sending linebacker Raquon Smith to the Ravens on Monday, they dealt a second-round pick to the 2-6 Pittsburgh Steelers for wide receiver Chase Claypool. Pittsburgh is getting a second-round pick back in return.
Prior to this deal, the Bears were reportedly interested in trading for Patriots wideout Kendrick Bourne. This move likely takes a destination for him off the table.
Vikings Acquire T.J. Hockenson from Lions

The 6-1 Vikings have made an aggressive move to improve their offense, acquiring dynamic young tight end T.J. Hockenson from the Detroit Lions in a swap of high-to-mid draft picks. See the below tweet from Ian Rapoport for the full trade terms.
Hockenson has already faced the Patriots once, and was virtually wiped out of the game altogether. The Patriots get to face him again when they play the Vikings on Thanksgiving night, but they may prioritize taking out Justin Jefferson, which should open up opportunities for Hockenson to make plays.

According to Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus, the Bears are among the teams who have called the Patriots about a possible trade for wide receiver Kendrick Bourne. However, Kyed added that another source casted doubt on the Pats actually trading Bourne, who is under team control through 2023.
Kyed also reports that the Pats have also received calls on safety Jabrill Peppers and running back Damien Harris, both of which are impending free agents.
