Felger & Mazz

Greg Bedard of BostonSportsJournal.com joined Felger and Mazz on Tuesday, as he does every Tuesday during the football season, to discuss the latest with the New England Patriots following their brutal 38-3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium on Sunday in week 4 of the NFL season.

Bedard, along with Mazz and Joe Murray chiming in at times, gave his three up (three stars) and three down (three duds) for the Patriots following their ugly loss to the Cowboys in Dallas!

Greg Bedard: Jahlani Tavai. It was the best game I’ve ever seen him play in New England. He had eight impactful plays and he was tremendous in this game.

Greg Bedard: Deatrich Wise Jr. He was tremendous in this game. He had five impactful plays and he caused a lot of sacks that other guys cleaned up. He did a really nice job in this game.

Demario Douglas

Greg Bedard: Demario Douglas. He made the one play on offense.

3 DOWN

Mac Jones

Greg Bedard: Mac Jones. You can’t turn the ball over three times, especially two foor touchdowns. That can’t happen.

  • Vederian Lowe

Greg Bedard: Vederian Lowe. Probably the worst game I’ve ever seen for an offensive lineman. I had him for 14 minus plays in this game. He gave up six and a half total quarterback pressures and four stuffed runs. He was awful.

  • Mike Onwenu

Greg Bedard: Mike Onwneu. He was horrendous in this game. The right side of the line, and you factor in the tight ends were over there a lot, holy hell, it was like the highway to Mac Jones and the running backs like, you know, good luck. Just horrible.
