DUNKIN’ FOOTBALL
MULTI-STATION CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to the Dunkin’ Football Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WBZ-FM, WROR, WKLB, WBQT and WBOS (each a “Station,” collectively the “Stations”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.985thesportshub.com, www.wror.com, www.country2015.com, www.hot969.com and www.rock929rocks.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Contest will begin on September 11, 2023 and end on December 10, 2023.

b. To enter online, visit www.985thesportshub.com, www.wror.com, www.country2015.com, www.hot969.com or www.rock929rocks.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning on September 11, 2023 at 9:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on December 10, 2023 at 11:59PM ET (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless of Station website used to enter and regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator.

c. There will be up to a total of sixteen (16) Weekly Prize winners and four (4) Grand Prize winners selected in this multi-Station Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

a. Up to sixteen (16) Weekly Prizes will be awarded. Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) twenty-five-dollar ($25) Dunkin’ gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is $25. The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen.

b. Up to four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) tickets to the December 18, 2023 New England Patriots event at Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $189.

The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior, does not follow Station and/or venue policy regarding COVID-19 guidelines, or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event.

c. Electronic game tickets will be emailed to winner(s) and gift card will be mailed, following receipt of prize release paperwork. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within twenty-four (24) hours of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Up to sixteen (16) total Weekly Prize winners will be selected as follows:

Up to one (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected on or around 10:00AM ET each Friday beginning on September 15, 2023 and ending on January 6, 2024, excluding November 17, 2023, in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible entries up to the time of each random drawing. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be notified by email promptly following the random drawings.

Non-selected entries will automatically rollover into subsequent random drawings in the Contest, if any.

b. Additionally, up to four (4) total Grand Prize winners will be selected at approximately 10:00AM ET in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received up to the time of each random drawing on each of the following dates listed below (one (1) Grand Prize winner per random drawing date). Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email promptly following the random drawings.

Non-selected entries will automatically rollover into subsequent random drawings in the Contest, if any.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received at the time of each random drawing.

d. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

e. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within twenty-four (24) hours of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

f. Decisions of Stations management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

a. The Stations reserve the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.985thesportshub.com, www.wror.com, www.country2015.com, www.hot969.com or www.rock929rocks.com.

b. For website contests: By use of each Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to each Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.985thesportshub.com, www.wror.com, www.country2015.com, www.hot969.com or www.rock929rocks.com.

c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Stations, 1075 Main St., Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Stations.
