LONG WEEKEND WITH LONG DRINK
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to Long Weekend with Long Drink Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WBZ-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.985thesportshub.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Contest will begin on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 and end on Sunday, June 30th, 2024.

b. To enter online, visit www.985thesportshub.com and follow the links and instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) and ending on Sunday, June 30th, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET (“Online Entry Period”). Entrant may also access the online entry page by using a mobile device to scan the QR code on Contest displays at participating Long Drink retailers during regular business hours. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. c. There will be up to a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Rhode Island, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

3. PRIZES

a. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a voucher for a 3-night 3-day stay at Smugglers’ Notch Resort, valid for winner and 3 guests and a two-hundred-dollar ($200) VISA Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,200.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE RESORT IS NOT PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE. STATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED AS PART OF TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE RESORT. VOUCHER MUST BE REDEEMED BY DECEMBER 19TH, 2024.

Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain hotel restrictions may apply. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, and local and long-distance telephone calls are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of hotel is at the sole discretion of Station and/or prize provider. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Winner and guest must abide by all hotel and venue policies. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s). No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any Prize-related event. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. The Station and/or hotel, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. In addition, winner and guest(s) should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before, during and after the trip. The stay will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the voucher. Voucher is not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will voucher be replaced if lost or stolen. Winners must use trip within allotted time dated on the voucher.

The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen.

b. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 1075 Main Street, Waltham, MA, 02451, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within seven (7) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 12:00PM ET on Monday, July 1st, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing.

b. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period.

c. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win.

d. Winner must confirm acceptance of prize within seven (7) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries.

e. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5. CONDITIONS

a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.985thesportshub.com.

b. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.985thesportshub.com.

c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 1075 Main Street, Waltham, MA, 02451 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
