CORONA EXTRA “FANS OF THE FINE LIFE” CONTEST OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES These rules apply to the Corona Extra “Fans of the Fine Life” Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WBZ-FM (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.985thesportshub.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. 1. HOW TO ENTER a. The Contest will begin on November 22, 2024 and end on March 14, 2025. b. To enter on-site, entrants must register at an Event listed below to obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last). All entry forms must be filled out completely and legibly and submitted as instructed by the Station. Incomplete or illegible entries may be removed in the Station’s sole discretion. Entries must be received by end time listed below for each Event. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. i. Event #1: November 22, 2024; Yankee Spirits, 942 Boston Providence Highway, Norwood, MA 02062; 5:00PM – 7:00PM Eastern Time (“ET”). ii. Event #2: December 6, 2024; Kappy’s, 10 Revere Beach Pkwy, Medford, MA, 02155; 5:00PM – 7:00PM ET. iii. Event #3: January 17, 2025; Macy’s Beachway Liquors, 701 Bridge St., North Weymouth, MA 02191; 5:00PM – 7:00PM ET. iv. Event #4; February 7, 2025; Blanchard’s, 105 Harvard Ave., Allston, MA 02134; 5:00PM – 7:00PM ET. v. Event #5; March 14, 2025; Morrissey Blvd. Wine & Spirits, 711 William T. Morrissey Blvd., Dorchester, MA 02122; 5:00PM – 7:00PM ET. c. Locations, dates, and times of Events are subject to change. One (1) entry per person per Event, for a total of five (5) entries per person maximum in the Contest. d. There will be up to a total of five (5) Bonus Prize winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in the Contest. An entrant may only be a Bonus Prize winner once in the Contest. 2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside within a thirty (30) mile radius of TD Garden, 100 Legends Way, Boston, MA, except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility. 3. PRIZES a. Up to five (5) Bonus Prizes will be awarded in this Contest as follows: i. The Bonus Prize for the November 22, 2024 Event winner is two (2) tickets (valid for Bonus Prize winner and one (1) guest) to a Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on December 19, 2024, at TD Garden in Boston, MA. ii. The Bonus Prize for the December 6, 2024 Event winner is two (2) tickets (valid for Bonus Prize winner and one (1) guest) to a Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on January 12, 2025. iii. The Bonus Prize for the January 17, 2025 Event winner is two (2) tickets (valid for Bonus Prize winner and one (1) guest) to a Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on January 27, 2025, at TD Garden in Boston, MA. iv. The Bonus Prize for the February 7, 2025 Event winner is two (2) tickets (valid for Bonus Prize winner and one (1) guest) to a Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on March 5, 2025. v. The Bonus Prize for the March 14, 2025 Event winner is two (2) tickets (valid for Bonus Prize winner and one (1) guest) to a Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on April 2, 2025. vi. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Bonus Prize is $160. b. Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Contest. The Grand Prize is two (2) tickets (valid for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest) to the Boston Celtics home game scheduled to be played on April 2, 2025 at TD Garden in Boston, MA; one (1) two hundred dollar ($200) local restaurant gift card as determined by the Station; and transportation to and from TD Garden on April 2, 2025 via car service valid for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest. ARV of the Grand Prize is $600. The gift card will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the gift card. Gift cards are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will gift cards be replaced if lost or stolen. The starting and ending point of the car service must be at the winner’s residence which must be within a thirty (30) mile radius of TD Garden, 100 Legends Way, Boston MA 02214. c. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). The prize(s) is awarded as is. Tickets valid only on the date(s) printed on the tickets. Tickets are not refundable or transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending the prize-related event. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond control of the Station, the Boston Celtics, and/or prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner(s) will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded element(s) of the prize(s). Winner’s attendance at any Celtics game is subject to the general ticket rules and regulations established from time to time by Delaware North Companies, Inc. – Boston (“DNC-B”), the owner of the TD Garden, the owner of the away arena, and by the Celtics (the “Ticket Rules”). In the event of a violation of the Ticket Rules, DNC-B, the owner of the away arena, and/or the Celtics shall have the right to eject the violators from the relevant arena. If any prize winner or prize winner’s guest is ejected from TD Garden or away arena, he or she shall not have any rights to participate in the on-court promotion nor any other prizes or compensation. The Station and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the winner(s) and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the TD Garden. d. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 1075 Main St., Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within three (3) days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS a. Up to five (5) total Bonus Prize winners will be selected as follows: Up to one (1) Bonus Prize winner will be selected at the conclusion of each onsite Event in a Station-conducted random drawing from all eligible on-site entries. Potential Bonus Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email the following business day. Non-selected entries will not rollover into subsequent Bonus Prize random drawings. b. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 10:00AM ET on March 17, 2025 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible on-site entries received at all the Events. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing. c. Odds of winning a Bonus Prize depend on the number of eligible on-site entries received at each Event. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of combined eligible on-site entries received at all the Events. d. Entrants need not listen to the Station nor present to win but must be present at an Event to enter. e. Grand Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within three (3) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries. f. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. 5. CONDITIONS a. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.985thesportshub.com. b. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.985thesportshub.com. c. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 1075 Main St, Suite 300, Waltham, MA 02451 or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station. d. This Contest is in no way sponsored or administered by Crown Imports LLC d/b/a Constellation Brands Beer Division (“Crown”). You understand that you are providing your information to Station and not to Crown. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, by participating in the Contest, each entrant, winner, and guest(s), in each case for itself, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, agents and beneficiaries, does hereby release and discharge, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Crown and its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, licensors or other representatives of each of them and all of their successors and assigns with respect to all claims, costs (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs), damages, liabilities, and expenses or obligations of any kind, relating to or arising in connection with the Contest (including without limitation entry, winner selection, and/or the use of Station services in connection with Station's conduct of this Contest) and/or any prize advertised, offered, or awarded in connection therewith (including without limitation the receipt, non-receipt, acceptance, rejection, use, inability to use, and/or misuse of any such prize).
