Multi-Market "Chris Jericho's Rock N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Giveaway" Official Contest Rules These rules apply to the “Multi-Market “Chris Jericho's Rock N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Giveaway” Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Beasley Media Group, LLC d/b/a WRIF-FM, WRXK-FM, WRAT-FM, WDHA-FM, WPBB-FM, WMMR-FM, WBZ-FM, WPEN-FM, KXTE-FM (each a “Station,” collectively the “Stations”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at www.wrif.com, www.wrat.com, www.wdhafm.com, www.96krock.com, www.987theshark.com, www.wmmr.com, www.985thesportshub.com, www.975thefanatic.com, and www.x1075lasvegas.com apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control. HOW TO ENTER The Contest will begin on Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 (for entrants in the Pacific Time (“PT”) zone) and Monday, September 23rd, 2024 (for entrants in the Eastern Time (“ET”) zone), and end on Sunday, October 20th, 2024. To participate in the Contest, visit www.wrif.com, www.wrat.com, www.wdhafm.com, www.96krock.com, www.987theshark.com, www.wmmr.com, www.985thesportshub.com, www.975thefanatic.com, www.x1075lasvegas.com and follow the instructions to enter the Contest and complete and submit the online entry form beginning on Monday, September 23rd, 2024 at 12:00am ET (Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 at 9:00pm PT) and ending on Sunday, October 20th, 2024 at 11:59pm ET/8:59pm PT (“Online Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Station's Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the Online Entry Period regardless of Station website used to enter and regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest administrator. There will be up to a total of one (1) Grand Prize winner selected in this multi-market Contest. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in the following Michigan counties: Lenawee, Monroe, Wayne, Washtenaw, Jackson, Hillsdale, Ingham, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, and Shiawassee; the following Ohio Counties: Lucas, Fulton, and Williams; Clark County, NV; Mohave County, AZ; Delaware; Florida; Massachusetts; New Jersey; New Hampshire; Pennsylvania; or Rhode Island except where prohibited by law. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility. PRIZES Up to one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Contest. The Grand Prize is being provided by Sixthman and Choppy Waters, LLC and consists of the following prize assets: Sixthman Will Provide: One (1) Balcony cabin for two (2) on Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea "Six on the Beach" from Miami to Costa Maya, Jan 31-February 4, 2025 Private Backstage Meet and Greet with Jericho before Chris Jericho’s show; Admission to all onboard concerts (all shows are general admission/non-ticketed) All onboard meals at open seating dining areas Entrance to the ship hot spots like the casino and disco Use of ship pools and hot tubs; use of ship health and fitness center; use of children's facilities (excluding babysitting) Prepaid port taxes and ticketing fees. Choppy Waters Will Provide: Round Trip Flight for Two (2) from a major airport near the winner’s residence to/from a Miami, FL area airport One (1) Night Double occupancy hotel accommodations in the Miami, FL area The winner and guest are responsible for on-board gratuities. $20.00 per person, per day will be added to all guests onboard spending accounts without exception. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the prize(s). Actual value may vary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Certain travel restrictions may apply. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to those of, taxes, meals, tips and additional ground transportation, baggage fees, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, gambling, spa and beauty services, the purchase of alcoholic or carbonated (soda) beverages, the purchase of upgraded paid dining options, shore excursions, any meet and greets with artists or other VIP events onboard (unless open to the public), VIP seating or check in, backstage or all access passes are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of airline, hotel, and airline seat location at sole discretion of Station and/or prize provider. Airline regulations apply. The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including, without limitation, passports for international travel. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay. Winner and guest must abide by all airline, hotel, and venue policies. The winner and guest must sign all required releases prior to booking of any travel. If winner is unwilling or unable to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Station’s sole discretion. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station and prize provider, their sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded elements of the prize(s). No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. If winner chooses to take the trip without a guest, s/he will be awarded the prize elements for one person only, and the remainder of the prize will be forfeited without compensation. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. In addition, winner and guest(s) should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before, during and after the trip. Winner will receive from the Station an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize for the 2024 tax year regardless of when Prize trip is taken. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed as described by the Stations at the time of winning. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within five (5) days of winning the Grand Prize. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules. SELECTION OF WINNERS Up to one (1) multi-market Grand Prize winner will be selected at approximately 12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM PT on Monday, October 21st, 2024 in a Station-conducted random drawing from all combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period on each Station’s website. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email promptly following the random drawing. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of combined eligible online entries received during the Online Entry Period on each Station’s website. Entrants need not listen to the Station or be present to win. Prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within five (5) days of winning, or risk disqualification and selection of an alternate Prize winner (time permitting) in a random drawing of all remaining eligible online entries received. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final. CONDITIONS The Stations reserve the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at www.wrif.com, www.wrat.com, www.wdhafm.com, www.96krock.com, www.987theshark.com, www.wmmr.com, www.985thesportshub.com, www.975thefanatic.com, and www.x1075lasvegas.com. For website contests: By use of a Station’s website and by entering this Contest, entrants agree to a Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at www.wrif.com, www.wrat.com, www.wdhafm.com, www.96krock.com, www.987theshark.com, www.wmmr.com, www.985thesportshub.com, www.975thefanatic.com, and www.x1075lasvegas.com. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of each Station, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to a Station. All federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, registration, delivery, shipment and fees are the sole responsibility of Contest winner. By receipt of any prize, Contest winner and any guest of Contest winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sixthman, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to accept and be bound by all terms and conditions of Sixthman’s Ticketing Agreement, including all terms and conditions imposed by the Cruise line. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes Contest winner’s consent to Sixthman’s and its agents’ use of Contest winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
